UK Country Head


Your role and primary responsibility

We are looking for an highly motivated Country Head with strong initiative to lead MDOTM’s presence, business development and sales in the United Kingdom. As a Country Head you will be in charge of developing MDOTM’s advisory business in London, working closely with MDOTM’s C-level.

Your tasks will include

  • Managing the UK presence of MDOTM
  • Developing new business opportunities and managing the existing relationships with clients
  • Managing local marketing efforts and events attendance / sponsorships
  • Being the ambassador of MDOTM’s vision and values with clients and at industry events
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts in accordance with MDOTM’s guidelines

Skills and experience required

  • 4+ years of proven experience. Experience in an international environment within the asset management or financial industry is a plus
  • Outstanding sales, communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of the competitive landscape and a proven sales track record with the capability to target and originate new clients
  • Fluent in English, both in spoken and written. Italian is a plus
  • An academic background in Economics, Business, Engineering, International relations is not required but is considered a plus
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • The person we are looking for is a motivated self-starter and a strong problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and exceed set business goals
